From Montego Bay to the World
The permanent exhibition at National Museum West was opened on National Heroes Day, October 21, 2014. This display explores the history of Jamaica with a focus on Montego Bay and Western Jamaica.
The permanent display has received favourable reviews from residents of Western Jamaica who consider National Museum West a welcomed contribution to the community as well as an important educational and historical resource.
